Harriet: A Taste of Freedom Opening Reception

The Harriet Tubman Center for Cultural Advancement and Education came alive with “Harriet: A Taste of Freedom”, a pop-up exhibition that lit up Cambridge with courage, creativity, and history in motion. As Maryland’s Eastern Shore’s largest-ever Tubman-focused showcase, the exhibit featured over 80 works by over 40 visionary artists, each capturing the spirit of resilience and liberation in vivid form.
From pictorial quilts and digital designs to bold canvases and abstract compositions, the gallery came alive with artistry that honored Tubman’s unyielding legacy.
